First Visit

During the first visit, we will usually arrange to meet you in one of our two offices:

546 Broad Avenue, Englewood, NJ 07631

808 High Mountain Rd. Suite 201A, Franklin Lakes, NJ 07417

Even though we are a mobile practice, due to insurance constraints, examination in the home is typically not eligible for reimbursement. If you do not have insurance, if your insurance does not cover chiropractic services, or if you prefer to be examined in your home, financial arrangements can usually be made for this visit, or going forwards. We will usually be able to give you a rough estimate of the number of visits that will be required.

Intake Paperwork

Either during or prior to the first visit, some paperwork will need to be filled out. Please click here to download, print and fill out the forms in advance. Doing so will save time during the visit.

Once the paperwork has been completed, you will have a consultation with the doctor to discuss your health-related problems, concerns, as well as potential treatment options.

History and Examination

In order to determine what your actual problem is, the doctor will ask you various questions related to your condition. Next, a number of specialized tests or questionnaires will be performed to determine which tissues are affected and to what extent.

Same Day Treatment

Once finished with the examination and all appropriate studies, patients will generally be provided with their first treatment during this same visit. This may include nutritional treatment, spinal adjustments, physical therapies, and/or soft tissue therapies.

Home Instructions

Prior to leaving, patients will be given instructions on the use of the nutritional supplements, dietary changes, certain activities or procedures to be conducted at home. This may include ice or heat application instructions, avoidance of certain activities or positions, as well as home exercises and/or stretches.

Schedule Your Next Appointment

Depending on the problems being worked on, we will typically schedule a follow up appointment, either during the same week or the next to continue therapy. We will explain the treatment plan to you at the outset, and give you a rough estimate of how many visits will be required.
